Content on this site currently carries an organisational byline, and the Article schema attributes to the company rather than to a person. That is a weaker trust signal than a named expert, and we are stating it rather than working around it.
We will not invent a reviewer to fill the gap. A fabricated expert byline on content about grant eligibility and household finances is the worst trust failure available to a site like this: it is the exact pattern reviewers are trained to spot, it is unrecoverable once found, and it would be a lie told to someone making a consequential decision about their own money.
What we are looking for is someone whose credential a reader can check — an MCS-certified installer with a registration number, a PAS 2035 retrofit coordinator, or a TrustMark/RECC-registered business principal — to review the technical and funding pages under their own name.
